We regenerate the land

3Bee offers you two ways to enhance the value of your land: by financing you to set up a Nectariferous Forest or by paying you rent to set up a Beenergy agri-voltaic system.

For the Nectariferous Forest, you will receive free plants in the ground and be remunerated up to €400/hectare/year to take care of it. For the Beenergy photovoltaic plant, you will receive a full rent of up to €3,000/hectare/year. Construction of the plant and redevelopment of the land will be free for you.

The minimum size is 0.2 hectares for Nectariferous Woodland projects and 10 hectares for Beenergy agri-voltaic projects.

The whole process is completely free of charge. At no stage of the process will you be asked for a fee or anything else.

In the case of the Nectariferous Forest, after you have the plants and have taken the first photos, you will receive your first annual compensation (2€/plant, about 400€/hectare). In the case of Beenergy photovoltaics, after signing a preliminary agreement and after the plant has been approved, you will begin to receive your annual income (up to 2,000€/hectare)

3Bee's goal is to restore biodiversity on the land. Unlike all other players, for us the priority remains making your land a small oasis of biodiversity, creating habitat for pollinators and generating clean energy from the sun. To achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for landowners who share our worldview and want to contribute.

To find out, the best way is to fill out our non-binding form. For the Nectariferous Forest project, there are no special constraints: even if no water is available, our agronomists will recommend the best plant mix for your soil. For the Beenergy photovoltaic project, we will have to do some verification on whether or not there are any constraints. To speed up the process, you can already send us a map and sheet in the first request. We will take care of all the analysis.
