Why 'The Oasis of CSR'
Sustainability is now an essential element for any business strategy looking to the future. Companies will need to invest in ESG issues.
LEGISLATIVE OBLIGATIONS
The CSRD will increasingly require companies to prepare a sustainability report. In Italy, about 8,000 companies will be affected, with an even higher number of SMEs involved along the supply chain.
ACCESS TO FUNDING
The percentage of institutional investors considering ESG factors in decision-making has grown to 86%. This means that a company with a solid Sustainability Report will be able to attract investors more easily.
CONSUMER INTEREST
1 in 2 Italians are willing to spend more on products that have a lower environmental impact. This demonstrates the growing sensitivity of consumers who tend to reward sustainable companies with their consumption choices.

Reporting on sustainability
We will focus on the sustainability report to understand the developments brought about by the new CSRD, the reporting standards in use, such as GRI, SASB, and ESRS, and the need to communicate externally in a transparent manner to avoid the risk of greenwashing.
Develop your skills

Climate and Biodiversity
In the first lessons of the video course, we will address the causes and consequences of the current climate crisis and the loss of biodiversity, as well as the main measures adopted at the international and European levels to counter them. We will then talk about COP, SDGs, and new business models such as Benefit Corporations and B Corps.
Develop your skills

Tools for sustainability
The video course will seek to understand how to integrate sustainability into strategy by analyzing the tools available to companies to embark on their ecological transition path: measuring impact through LCA and carbon footprint, compensation with carbon credits, certifications, green labels, and environmental ISO standards, up to green finance.
