Light colour, mild flavour, excellent sweetener, much loved by children and in cooking. Crystallises very slowly.

Acacia honey

It may be lighter or darker depending on the area, the blooms involved and the production period.

Wildflower honey

Yellow in colour, it has a very intense smell and a taste reminiscent of chamomile plant. It crystallises very quickly.

Dandelion honey

Amber colour with red tones, characteristic aroma, taste with bitter aftertaste, suitable for sophisticated palates.

Chestnut honey

Yellow when liquid, tending to beige when crystallised. The taste is balsamic and mentholated.

Rare indigo

Amber in colour, the smell and aroma are moderately intense, fruity, with a peach tea aftertaste.

Rare Ailanthus

Amber-coloured when liquid to beige when crystallised, it has an intense and persistent aroma.

Alfalfa honey

Rape honey, which is very rare in Italy, has a light amber colour, beige when crystallised. It crystallises very quickly and with a pasty texture. The aroma and smell are of medium intensity, with a slightly acid note.

Rare Rapeseed

Amber-coloured, tending to black. Rich in mineral salts, it has a vegetal and fruity flavour with an aroma of medium intensity.
