I am part of 3Bee's 'Oasis of Biodiversity' project. You can adopt one of my hives. This project allows me to regenerate biodiversity by caring for bees using innovative technologies developed by 3Bee. Here you can choose to adopt your hive from a distance and I will take care of it using the best techniques.

My history

My adventure in beekeeping began in April 2014. Intrigued by the passion of my great master Musuruana Nevio for this world unknown to me, after attending the Apilombardia course, I bought 2 hives with a friend of mine. We produced our first 60 kg of honey and wintered 5 hives, all of which survived the winter season brilliantly. We receive a gift of 12 wooden beehives from Villani Angelo, a beekeeper from Tromella by passion in the 1980s. In the spring of 2015, we offer our availability to the fire brigade for the recovery of the swarms and in less than two weeks we bring our apiary to as many as 20 families. I also manage to pass on my passion to two country friends, Presicci Gianni and Grimaldi Domenico, who immediately collaborate in the recovery of swarms and enter the world of beekeeping. In the 2015 season we produced around 200 kg of Lime and Acacia honey. At the end of August, we had 34 hives. In the 2017 season we start making Chestnut honey by moving some hives to the hills. Overall the harvest despite our 40 hives is very bad, we reach just over 100kg. Michela quits beekeeping and my adventure continues together with Gianni, Domenico and Gianluca Roman. In 2018, after opening the agricultural VAT number under the exemption regime, I have a little more than 40 hives; I sell nuclei and produce excellent honey of Acacia, Lime, Rovo, Millefiori and moving some of the hives to Val di Nizza also of Chestnut. In 2019 we will find new locations and continue . In the 2021 season I will become Organic!

What do you adopt

Thanks to 3Bee technology, you can remotely adopt your chosen hives and monitor them 24 hours a day. By tracking the bees' main biological parameters - such as weight, temperature, humidity and sound intensity - you can follow their progress, growth and health status directly from your smartphone. The beekeeper will take care of your bees.

You will also receive your digital certificate via email. If the adoption is a gift, you can print it out and give it directly to the recipient.

What do you receive

If you choose to adopt hives and receive their honey, once your bees produce it, you will receive their honey directly to your home. All you have to do is select the favorite flowering, the amount of honey you want to receive, and wait for your bees to produce it.

We respect the bees' and beekeeper's production time, and you can check in your profile when the honey is scheduled to be delivered.
Meanwhile, from the app you can follow the work done by your bees.
