A 17th century mill nestled in the green Canavese Valleys. In 2016, with the purchase of three beehives, the passion for beekeeping began, which today is the main activity, boasting as many as forty families of bees. Beekeeping, albeit with a different methodology than today, was already used for sustenance by the first occupants of the mill. This knowledge has thus been passed down to us by those who experienced beekeeping in the mill from an early age. We want to maintain that sense of naturalness and balance that has characterised this place for centuries. The ultimate goal is to recover the entire structure and activities of the past, combining technology and experience from the past, harnessing the power of nature to make the mill totally autonomous and zero-impact, taking advantage of what nature offers us in every season, with zero impact on the land.
