Mariasole Bianco is a marine conservation expert and environmental educator. She works as a consultant with institutions, media, companies, and NGOs, and is a national and international point of reference for her commitment to ocean conservation. She is the co-founder and President of Worldrise, a non-profit organization that for over a decade has been promoting effective conservation of Italian seas, facilitating positive change that (re)connects people to the sea, raises awareness of the ocean's importance, and leads to collective commitment to its protection.
