This project allows me to regenerate biodiversity by caring for bees using innovative technologies developed by 3Bee. Here you can choose to adopt your hive from a distance and I will take care of it using the best techniques.
For over 20 years I have dedicated myself to organic beekeeping in the Biella mountains, with apiaries located between 400 and 1200 metres in the Bessa Park, the Baraggia Reserve, Oropa Valley and Elvo Valley, all uncontaminated environments that offer a great variety of wild flora in the middle and high mountains. My philosophy? Minimum manipulation, maximum respect. I collect only part of the honey (the bees need it too!) and take it to the laboratory. Processing is as simple as possible. The honey is extracted by centrifugation, cold filtered and potted by hand.
