I like to cultivate the land, to preserve its generosity and pass it on prosperous to my children, to honor the hard work and the culture that made it so. Authenticity, freshness, and tradition. I have embraced these values by choice, aimed at valuing, naturally, the suitability of the territory for growing olives, including the Maïatica cultivar. To the production of extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed, I have added the production of organic honey in different varieties, such as orange, asphodel, forest, chestnut, coriander, eucalyptus, multifloral, sulla, and clover. The Company is a project in progress, geared towards the future with an Italian and international scope. To produce various types of honey, we practice nomadism throughout Basilicata following the different blooms. We personally follow all the stages of production and processing, this is further to have a 100% controlled product.

Amber-coloured, tending to black. Rich in mineral salts, it has a vegetal and fruity flavour with an aroma of medium intensity.

Honeydew honey

It may be lighter or darker depending on the area, the blooms involved and the production period.

Wildflower honey

Very clear, straw yellow. The taste is sweet, floral, reminiscent of the flower from which it is harvested, the orange blossom. It crystallises quickly.

Citrus fruit honey

Very light in colour, the taste is sweet, fruity and floral. Reminiscent of nougat, it is excellent for cooking.

Honey from sulla

Medium sweet, with a characteristic aromatic and vegetal flavour that is nonetheless reminiscent of toffee.

Rare coriander

Extremely light in colour, tending to white, this honey has a delicate flavour and aroma, with vegetal and floral notes.

Rare clover

This honey has a dark amber colour, a medium intense odour and a flavour reminiscent of liquorice and caramel. Normally sweet.

Eucalyptus honey

Amber colour with red tones, characteristic aroma, taste with bitter aftertaste, suitable for sophisticated palates.
