The PolyAgriNova farm was born in 2014 in the Asti area from an idea of Dr. Paulin Takumbo Takam (known as Tak), a young entrepreneur of Cameroonian origin. The decision to become a beekeeper stems from the passion Tak has developed since childhood for nature and its guests. Other reasons include an awareness of the focal role bees play in the entire ecosystem. After completing his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Turin, Tak specialised in business management by working as an employee of a beekeeper and in the quality assessment of bee products by attending sensory analysis courses. sensory analysis courses.
