My small company is located in a small hamlet in the Oltrepo Pavese called Murisasco. I am a certified organic beekeeper, I manage about 200 families on my own and I produce over 6 different types of honey: acacia, lime, alfalfa, chestnut, millefiori. Occasionally I manage to produce small quantities of rare honeys such as indigo, dandelion, coriander and sunflower. I always act as if I were a hobbyist and this makes me feel the pleasure of being a beekeeper. For me, the life of the insect comes before production. Even today, I still separate each production in order to pamper my customers as best I can and indulge their tastes so that I do not lose sight of human relationships. I love talking for hours with people like me who are passionate about beekeeping. Taste one of my honeys and you won't be able to do without it anymore....
