Miel de Braña
SpainI am part of 3Bee's 'Oasis of Biodiversity' project. You can adopt one of my hives. This project allows me to regenerate biodiversity by caring for bees using innovative technologies developed by 3Bee. Here you can choose to adopt your hive from a distance and I will take care of it using the best techniques.
Miel de Braña is a beekeeping operation located in the northwest of Spain at an altitude of 1200 metres, in the mountains of León. We currently manage around 400 hives that take advantage of one of the most exclusive and highest quality blooms in the country. The honeys from our area are considered among the 5 best in the world and, due to their geographical and climatic characteristics, they are exclusive because of their high quality and limited production. At Miel de Braña, we are committed to quality and to giving our customers an organoleptic experience that will not leave them indifferent. Our mountains have many varieties of heather and calluna. We also have genista tridentata and small chestnut blossoms, which, combined with the heather flavours, make our honey a real delight for the palate. We create very high quality honeys for very demanding palates, who know what types of honey to look for to satisfy their needs.
Together with the 3Bee agronomists we analyzed the best set of Plants to regenerate the soil, produce nectar and restore biodiversity to the area. Selected dozens of Italian Growers among Beekeepers and Farmers, provided them with the plants free of charge. We pay them every year for every plant they care for and grow. Adopt a plant that helps sustainable beekeeping and farming communities, produce nectar for bees and absorb Co2.
If you choose to adopt trees and produce biodiversity, you will receive a digital certificate with all the impact data generated by your tree: the Name of the Tree, the Absorbed Co2, the Nectar produced. In addition, the link to your digital Oasis where you will see the tree grow and you can monitor it and share it with your friends. Our growers take photos and videos of the tree and the regenerated soil, so that you can get feedback on the positive impact you have created.
