Nicola Alpigiano
Sardegna, ITI am part of 3Bee's 'Oasis of Biodiversity' project. You can adopt one of my hives. This project allows me to regenerate biodiversity by caring for bees using innovative technologies developed by 3Bee. Here you can choose to adopt your hive from a distance and I will take care of it using the best techniques.
ArMiè, as our fabulous honey is called, means Arianna's Honey, our daughter. Nicola has been a beekeeper for about 10 years, but with great satisfaction. We are located in the centre of Sardinia, in Barbagia. It all started, as often happens in the most beautiful things, from a great passion for nature, the countryside and therefore for bees. From a handful of hives that slowly grew and with them the enthusiasm for this new experience that has turned into a real job. The production of our honey follows all the guidelines to best protect nature, the earth and the bees themselves. We have chosen to take our hives only in unspoilt areas of this wonderful region; in fact, we practise nomadic beekeeping by following the blooms, which allows us to obtain different types of honey! With great satisfaction also this September our delicious honey obtained important awards at the national competition Tre Gocce d'oro (Three Golden Drops) with the strawberry tree honey and the eucalyptus honey both awarded with Due Gocce d'Oro (Two Golden Drops).
