For every plant to admire, there is a little bee to thank. Over Trees is a small family-run business based in the Lecco area, which practices nomadism in the neighbouring areas of Valtellina, Valsassina and the lower plain. Since 2013, Francesco has been looking after the bee families with passion, dedication and professionalism, always searching for new locations where our tireless friends can collect the best pollen and nectar. Francesca, on the other hand, takes care of the processing, potting and packaging of all our precious honey, also making favours and special packaging for every occasion. The small size of the company allows us to follow our industrious friends in the best possible way, managing the hives with techniques that respect the bee and its fascinating and increasingly fragile world. As parents of two children, we believe in spreading the word to children and beyond, thus creating small training courses for young enthusiasts!
