Monitoring
3Bee, through monitoring technologies like Flora, Spectrum, Hive-Tech, and Polly X, contributes to the preservation of biodiversity.
Regeneration
3Bee has planted over 50,000 nectariferous plants in 18 Italian regions, creating over 200 Biodiversity Oases with benefits for over 800 million pollinators.
Education
3Bee promotes education on biodiversity and sustainability by involving companies, collaborators, managers, as well as schools, universities, and research centers.
Mission and Vision
We work tirelessly to develop advanced monitoring, regeneration, and biodiversity certification technologies. Our ultimate goal is to create the largest ecological corridor in Europe, consisting of interconnected biodiversity oases.
We commit to restoring 40% of global biodiversity, confident that, once this milestone is reached, nature will have the ability to regenerate and thrive autonomously.
We envision a future where biodiversity flourishes in every corner of our planet, a world where every individual recognizes and appreciates the richness of natural diversity, challenging the monotony of monocultures not only in nature but also in human communities.

2017
Born from an idea by Niccolò Calandri and Riccardo Balzaretti: childhood friends who, after a series of experiences abroad, decide to return to Italy to found a company that generates a concrete impact on the environment
The Team of Change
3Bee is composed of more than 50 biodiversity experts, a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, data scientists, and industry professionals working together to develop innovative solutions for the environment.
Innovation Team
The Innovation Team is the driving force behind our innovative technological solutions. The Research and Development team is dedicated to conceiving and implementing cutting-edge technologies for biodiversity. Supported by the Grant and Finance Teams, catalysts that transform innovative visions into tangible realities, identifying funding and incentives, fueling our environmental preservation mission.
Regeneration Team
3Bee's Regeneration Team is the beating heart of our sustainability projects. Composed of experts in Business Development, this team works closely with companies to identify and develop tailor-made regeneration projects. Account Specialists accompany clients through every phase of the project, ensuring a satisfactory experience. In parallel, the Community Team interacts with our extensive network of biodiversity growers, recreating habitats every day.
Communication Team
The Communication Team plays a crucial role in expanding the reach of our message and strengthening 3Bee's identity. The Brand Team constantly strives to improve and communicate the image and values of 3Bee, while the Communication Team focuses on educating schools, managers, and collaborators, spreading the awareness and knowledge needed to build a more biodiverse and sustainable world.
